The Perth heats of the 2009 Australian Poetry Slam will be held at the 459 BAR of the ROSEMOUNT HOTEL Cnr Angove and Fitzgerald Sts in North Perth. Theres a map here, on the venue page.
BUNBURY: there is also a Heat in Bunbury on Friday 2nd October at the Bunbury Regional Entertainment Centre.
When are the Heats?
- HEAT 1: Friday 2nd October (BUNBURY)
- HEAT 2: Friday 9th October
- HEAT 3: Friday 16th October
- HEAT 4: Friday 23rd October
- HEAT 5: Friday 30th October
- WA FINAL: Friday 6th November
Each night starts at 7.30PM
- AUDIENCE: Its $5 Entry for Slam consumers
- PERFORMERS: If you wish to compete in any of the WA Slam heats, registration will cost you $10 - to be paid on the night of your heat.
All income will be used to help cover costs of running the event and providing prizes for the winners.
