Below is the form to secure a spot in the WA Heats - you will also be required to fill in an official Australian Poetry Slam form on the night of your heat...

If your preferred heat is booked, please choose another. There will also be spots available on the night. Please arrive before 7.30.

COST: Registration will cost you $10 - to be paid on the night of your heat. The $10 will be used to help cover costs of running the event and providing prizes for the winners. Thanks.
